Breeze Williams is a nationally accredited fitness instructor and personal trainer holding both the TAFE NSW Certificate III in Fitness (SIS30321) and Certificate IV in Fitness (SIS40221) — the highest vocational qualifications in the Australian fitness industry.
With over a decade of hands-on experience across gyms, fitness facilities, and community health centres, Breeze brings deep expertise in personalised program design, group fitness instruction, pre-exercise health screening, and exercise behaviour change. Safe Training for Young Athletes
Specialised exercise programs for adolescent clients, developed and instructed with age-appropriate progressions and safety protocols. Cert IV qualified to design programs specifically for younger populations with appropriate load management.

Advanced personal training qualification authorising independent practice, individualised program design, and nutritional guidance. Comprises 10 core and 7 specialty units.
